What can Glaucon do with a diligence pack?
Put the pack in File Vault. Ask frontier models to flag change-of-control and assignment, map consent, surface concentration, draft an issues list, or cross-check the CIM against contracts. Cyfr can mask party names on the device first.
Can Glaucon read deal materials?
No. Vault files are ciphertext only. Live analysis decrypts inside an attested enclave. Glaucon never holds the unlock key.
How large a pack can File Vault hold?
Whole diligence folders — contracts, customer lists, CIMs, side letters — encrypted under the user’s passkey. Built for packs that do not fit a chat paste.
Is this Harvey?
No. Harvey is Am Law workflow software. Glaucon is frontier models on a live pack, with keys the user holds.
Why not ChatGPT Business or Enterprise?
Those plans stop training and add admin controls. The CIM still reaches OpenAI as readable content. On Glaucon, packs stay encrypted under the user’s key.
Does the model see real party names?
Not when Cyfr is on. Declared parties become codenames before egress. Replies remap locally so names still read on screen.
